By booking, registering for, making a payment towards, or participating in a tour or other travel product or service with Waheguru Travel Pvt Limited, you agree to the Terms that apply to that package in effect at the time of your booking. These Terms represent a legally binding contract.

Bookings & Prices

We do our best to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, but errors may occur. Please confirm pricing and details with us prior to making a booking.

By making travel bookings on our website or with one of our agents, you warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation
  • You accept and agree to all the Terms presented herein
  • All information supplied by you is true, accurate, current, and complete

Booking on Behalf of Others

If you make a booking for anyone other than yourself, you are considered the designated contact person. You represent that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf and have obtained all required consents.

Confirmation

After we receive your booking and deposit, we will confirm availability of all components and send you a confirmation email within 1-2 business days. If any option or component you selected is not available, we will alert you and give you the option to modify your booking or cancel and receive a refund.

Payments, Refunds & Credits

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are generally nonrefundable after confirmation, unless covered by our Carefree Booking policy.

Final Payment

Final payment is typically due 75 days prior to departure. Late payments may incur fees, and bookings may be cancelled if payment is 15 days overdue.

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
  • Checks: Personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders payable to "Waheguru Travels Pvt Limited"
  • Currency: Payments must be made in INR & USD

Cancellations

Important: If you elect to cancel your booking for any reason, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations are subject to fees which vary by your date of booking, date of cancellation, and by package.

When you cancel, we will refund all monies paid, minus the cost of any issued flight tickets if nonrefundable, or any cancellation fee assessed by the airline if refundable.

Accommodations

Our packages include carefully selected hotels and/or cruise ships. Advertised prices are for standard double occupancy rooms or cabins. Special requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

Note: We will send you detailed accommodation information at least 14 days prior to departure, including hotel addresses and contact information.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you carry travel insurance or equivalent coverage. For your convenience, we offer a Travel Protection Plan which may be purchased with most packages.

The Travel Protection Plan is available to anyone with a primary residence in India. The premium is refundable within 15 days of purchase, provided you have not made a claim.

Participation & Safety

Acceptance of Risk

You acknowledge that travel, especially to foreign and remote destinations, may involve risks to your health and safety. By booking with us, you assume responsibility for all such risks.

Travelers with Disabilities

Travelers requiring special assistance must notify us at booking time. We will make reasonable attempts to accommodate special needs but cannot guarantee all requirements can be met.

Limitation of Liability

Waheguru Travel Pvt Limited does not own or operate transportation companies, hotels, or other service providers. Our responsibility is limited, and we are not responsible for acts or failures of third-party service providers.

We are not liable for:

  • Physical exertion injuries
  • Transportation accidents
  • Forces of nature
  • Civil unrest or terrorism
  • Damage to personal belongings
  • Medical service quality in remote areas

Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount received from the client.

Complaints & Contact

If you have any grievances regarding our services, please notify us within 7 days of availing the service. We will take all reasonable steps to address genuine complaints.

Legal

These Terms represent the entire agreement between travelers and Waheguru Travels Pvt Limited. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

We consider ourselves subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of NCT of Haryana only.
